Join Norths Collective and be part of something bigger. We're looking for a passionate Event Supervisor to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dual role, you'll work across our Food, Bar, Reception and Gaming areas, and step into event supervision when functions are on. You'll liaise with clients, brief and manage staff, oversee FOH & BOH service, ensure floorplans are set, and deliver seamless banquets, canape functions and outstanding customer experiences. This role is perfect if you're studying event management and want hands-on industry experience, or if you've been working in hospitality and are ready to take the next step into career progression.
